                              OBSERVING  LOG
   The enclosure was not opened tonight due to high winds and during the
second half of the night, clouds.
   We had planned to put the engineering camera on for the first part of
the night and obtain an improved pointing model using Russell's new
increased flexibility DOPTERR routine.  With a really good model in place,
we were going to put the imager on the second half of the night and check
tracking rates and smoothness, as well as Robert's new version of the focus
loop.  We will likely attempt this same plan tomorrow night, weather
permitting.
