                              OBSERVING  LOG
   The enclosure was not opened tonight due to weather.  Once again, the
first half of the night was cloudy.  Most of the rest of the night 1.0
micron dust counts were well over the limit, sometimes exceeding 10000
particles/ per .1 cu ft. Flashlight beams showed many particles, and the
accumulations on car windshields was impressive.
