We did some setup on the pole to take a focus sweep and establish a positional reference, then moved to the equator on the meridian. Once the moon was out of the way, we got driftscan data. First light for the imager! Once we got focus, orientation and tracking rate sorted out, the images looked really nice. Wow What a night! Observational notes: There is a problem with repeatability of the encoders for azimuth and the rotator. Elevation seems to be quite repeatable. All three axes do not have proper scale values. Azimuth and rotator have been marked for the equator/meridian. Azimuth and elevation have been marked for the pole. Dan
