                     APACHE POINT OBSERVATORY SDSS 2.5m
                              OBSERVING  LOG
   The telescope was not opened tonight due to clouds.  Robert managed to
get the secondary controller to hang again by running his focus loop for
several hours straight during the day.  The failure this time was like the
one on the 14th where the galil prompt became a > instead of a :, and it
would not understand any of the usual commands.  Like last Saturday, power
cycling and homing restored proper operation.
   I switched 180L dewars at 05:00, so should be OK during the day.
